You must fear the LORD!

“You must fear the LORD your God
and worship Him and cling to Him...
He alone is your God,
the only one who is worthy of your praise,
the one who has done these mighty miracles
that you have seen with your own eyes.”
(Deuteronomy 10:21-22, NLT)

Moses pulls no punches! He commands, “You MUST fear the LORD your God!” Not just an awe and a general respect, but actually being afraid of how great, powerful, and huge our God is (especially in light of how sinful and insignificant we really are).

I want to grow in my own personal worship of Him... that there would be no other in my life. “God, open my eyes to see You as You actually are! I want to fear You... worship You... and cling to You!”
