I'm so excited about a second way that Journey can partner with you in sharing your faith this spring... through a COMMUNITY GARDEN.  Journey owns seven acres of property on the corner of Route 20 and Route 19 South.  Eventually, we'll build a mninistry facility on the site, but in the mean time, we feel a responsibility to benefit our community with the acreage.  Thus, the idea of creating a space for people who are in need of assistance and people who want to serve others to work TOGETHER as a community.

Roger Hart is leading the way for us, and shared the vision with our congregation on this past Sunday morning.  To put it simply, the room was electric with excitement.  We're hoping that this will be a project that can really put feet to the Good News of Jesus: The salvation that Jesus offers is not just for the after-life, it is meant to impact our world TODAY!  Will you pray with us about this incredible opportunity to impact our neighbors and friends?
