Exchange Club

In a previous post, I wrote about my involvement with a really great civic service organization in Fremont called the Exchange Club. We meet every Friday for lunch and always have a great speaker... well, almost always! Today, I was asked to speak for their annual "God and Country" club meeting. I talked about several of the reasons why I love Thanksgiving! It was a great opportunity, and the folks were so generous in their comments afterward.

I love the cumulative effect of getting involved in the community organizations of Sandusky County (after all, how else are we going to move our community toward God's Kingdom?). My dream is that Journey would be the kind of church that our community would turn to when they're looking for help.
