Prejudice is not an option

“How can you claim to have faith in our glorious Lord Jesus Christ if you favor some people over others? ...If you favor some people over others, you are committing a sin.” (James 2:1b,9a, NLT)

Wow! This is as straight forward as it gets! Real, genuine trust and dependence on God results in love for everyone we encounter. Prejudice and favoritism are not viable options for the true follower of Christ. If you have prejudice in your heart, repent and ask God to rip it out.
