Health Challenge

This morning, we had the final weigh-in for our ten week health challenge (sponsored by the Fremont YMCA). I'm happy to report that I lost 22 pounds over the course of the past 10 weeks. (I was really hoping to be able to lose 30 pounds, but that probably wasn't too realistic!) I'm going to stay on the plan and hopefully in the next several weeks, I'll be able to get down to my goal weight.
