10 Week Challenge

Yesterday, Keri and I got "weighed-in" at our YMCA for the launch of the 10 Week Challenge. We're part of a 6 person team that is competing against 100 other teams to see who can lose the largest percentage of weight. I've got to tell you that I'm actually really excited about this! I weighed in at 186 pounds, and my goal is to lose 20-25 pounds... Anyhow, I'll try to give you weekly updates!
