Kids Eggstravaganza
This past Saturday was our 2nd annual Kids Eggstravaganza, and I am so excited about how our team performed! We registered over 60 kids and heard so many positive comments from the children and their parents. This is a great stepping stone event designed to show families that church can be a place where they can have FUN! Honestly, we didn't hear one negative comment... everybody was blown away by how much fun they had!
I've got to tell you that I was blown away by our staff of volunteers. Last year, the Eggstravaganza was staffed by a lot of volunteers from other churches that were wanting to help our start-up church, however this year was a different story! Most of the help came from people who have been coming to Journey for far less than a year. You guys did a phenomenal job! From helping with the setup to manning all of the different stations, our team worked extremely hard! Thank you!
