Are you a Multiplier?

 In her book, Multipliers, Liz Wiseman shares, “Some leaders drain intelligence and capability out of the people around them.  Others amplify the smarts and capability of people around them.  People get smarter and better in their presence.  Lightbulbs switch on.”

So, are you a drainer?  Do you do all the talking?  Are you hyper-critical?  Do you have answers for everything?

You don’t need to be the smartest person in the room to amplify those around you… You just need to have the emotional intelligence to draw intelligence out of THEM.

Today, may you, in the words of Wiseman, “Extract and extend the genius of others.”  May you cause others to be better versions of themselves because of your presence.
